Felix Technology Inc. is delivering a next-generation Free Running Submarine Model (FRSM) to National Research Council of Canada (NRC OCRE), supporting advanced submarine hydrodynamics research.
Designed as a large-scale (~7m) free-running system, the platform enables realistic testing of maneuverability, propulsion, and hydroacoustic performance—extending beyond the limitations of conventional tank-based models.
This capability plays a critical role in advancing the design and operational readiness of Canada’s current and future submarine systems.
